Sherry Marie Northrop began writing Christian contemporary songs soon after committing her life to Christ in 2000. Her unique combination of personal lyrics and catchy melodies developed into a musical style all her own and by 2004 she had completed her first CD which was produced by Bob Kilpatrick, entitled "Rise Up." The CD contains 10 beautifully performed and arranged songs all centered around Christ and His love for us.
Sherry Marie continued her song writing which led to Praise and Worship performances and recording collaboration with members of the SouthGate Church Praise & Worship team, specifically Rob Arthurs and John Arthurs. This partnership allowed Sherry to bring her music to SouthGate Church and Teen Challenge - a restoration ministry for men. She also recorded her second CD, entitled Eternal Road, which contains 6 original songs produced by Teen Challenge's Daniel Edwards.
Sherry Marie continues to write music and perform acoustically, leading Praise & Worship services for Home of Hope, a Teen Challenge restoration facility for mothers and their children. She also leads Praise & Worship for Life's Challenge, a restoration ministry of Mark and Mischelle Lawson.

TBN - Phoenix, 2006-2007. Prayer partner and Friday Service Worship Leader. Sherry was also invited to sing live on a broadcast of TBN's Praise the Lord, a presentation the local affiliate.
1st Annual Teachers' Appriciation Banquet - Salt Lake City, Utah - 2006. Sherry organized and coordinated this event held at Abundant Life Assembly of God Church in North Salt Lake, Utah.
Convoy of Hope - Salt Lake City, Utah - 2005. Sherry provided event coordination services.
HeartRise Music Workshop and Concert - 2004 with Angela Winston featuring guest speaker Prof. William Riley, vocal coach for such notables as Celine Deon, Faith Hill and Martina McBride. Sherry was invited to perform during the workshop's closing concert.

March For Jesus 2004, a parade celebrating our Lord and Savior - Salt Lake City, Utah 2004. Sherry Marie organized this unique event and also performed.
